Summary

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Some items are non-returnable for safety, licensing, or hygiene reasons. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

1. Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
  • Please include your order number or proof of purchase inside the parcel.

Note: If returned items show signs of installation, tampering, or damage not present at delivery, we may deduct a reasonable amount to reflect any diminished value.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days from approval.
  • Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  • Where applicable, we may issue a partial refund for items not returned in their original condition or missing parts.

3. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us before sending your product back so we can reserve stock.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange repair, replacement, or a refund as appropriate.
  • Please provide clear photos/videos and your order number to help us resolve the issue quickly.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Email sales@sparksecuritysolutions.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and, where applicable, an RMA number.
  3. Pack the item securely and include proof of purchase inside the box.

  • Unless your item is faulty/incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Use a tracked and insured service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

7. Non‑returnable Items

For hygiene, licensing, or security reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened/activated unless faulty:

  • Software licenses, activation keys, or subscription codes
  • Custom‑made or personalised products
  • Installed CCTV/security systems or components showing signs of installation
  • Batteries and consumables once unsealed
  • Downloadable digital products

8. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for online purchases.
